Question 1

Do I need an account to pick up a battery?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Pickup at partner pricing runs through a Battery Authority USA partner or fleet account. There is no fee and no minimum; apply on the partner program page or call (855) 411-4872.

Question 2

Is the battery in stock when I get there?

Accepted Answer

The finder shows locations, not live stock. Call ahead or order by phone before you drive; most locations can have a common group size ready the same day, and your rep knows which counters carry commercial and AGM sizes.

Question 3

What if my service area has no pickup location?

Accepted Answer

Direct shipping is available through your account for areas without a nearby counter. Your rep works out the logistics when the account is set up.

Question 4

Can I use locations in more than one state?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The account is national. A driver in New Jersey and a driver in Arizona pick up from their nearest counters on the same account and the same monthly statement.
